Tom's specialty within Kiron lies in the field of Business Analysis and Strategic Planning. He has developed business plans, research reports, and organizational effectiveness programs for a variety of clients.
After receiving his BS in Engineering and MBA in Marketing and General Management from Stanford University, Tom joined General Foods where he held several Marketing Management positions in the Beverage and Breakfast Foods Division. In subsequent years, he broadened his planning, management, sales, promotion and product marketing skills in a variety of industries, including personal care and financial services.
Prior to joining Kiron, Tom spent fifteen years as an independent consultant specializing in Strategic Planning, Business Analysis, Change Management, and Product and Process Development. His clients included major domestic companies in consumer packaged goods, applied technology, and financial services. Additionally, he has worked with several startup ventures and a number of not-for-profit organizations.
Tom serves Kiron clients in a variety of strategic and tactical areas, most recently concentrating on planning and implementing new product development, and assessments of team effectiveness.
