John Alexander
Prior to relocating to the US in 1993, John was Managing Partner of the Synectics UK office. He joined Synectics in 1974 where over twenty years he helped shape client services and the organization in Europe. His experience is with domestic and international clients on Creativity and Innovation projects. His specific areas of expertise include team development and new product innovation.In his 30 years of business experience, John has worked with a cross section of industries; including manufacturing, distribution, retail, consumer goods, printing, packaging, banking, insurance, government and public utilities. He designs and runs innovation projects, strategic planning sessions, brainstorming, and team development training programs.
As an experienced facilitator John is able to work in complex high pressure and politically charged situations. His style is best described as patient, informal and intuitive. Since relocating the USA, he has continued consulting in association with PrebleGroup providing creativity and innovation services. He is also a real estate investor and divides his time between Maine and Florida.
